Flowstrip® has developed their range of double sided tapes to cater for any application requirement.This product range includes a variation of carriers and adhesive systems creating combinations of products with unique properties in terms of peel adhesive, shear adhesion, temperature resistance, chemical resistance, conform-ability and much more.
Our double sided tissue tapes include a range of economical and high performance adhesive tapes with good hand tear-ability. Our FL1000 and FL1001 in particular offer a high quick stick with excellent shear strength and long term adhesion properties making both products excellent in performance for high speed splicing in the corrugated carton manufacturing industry.
If you require flooring double sided tapes for bonding carpets then our FL1009, FL1010 and FL1011 are ideal options. The FL1009 is a double coated polypropylene tape which is perfect for general purpose economy carpet tape where cost is of the most important factor. However if you use a thicker cloth double sided tape this enables adhesive to flow in to the carpet backing. This creates a better bond plus the cloth carrier allows the product to be easily torn by hand. Our FL1011 is a great higher performing double coated carpet tape suitable for vinyl backed carpets or vinyl flooring, FL1010 has excellent plasticiser resistance.
Our FL1025 is a very convenient product designed to be used as a replacement to traditional foam tapes where integral strength is poor or for applications where mounting adhesives cause issues due to curing times. The FL1025 Power Bond Tape displays excellent initial tack and shear adhesion ideally suitable for mounting applications such as wall panels and plastic corner guards.
